This beachside condo has undergone a transformative remodel, embracing the essence of coastal living. The original unit had some wonderful craftsmanship but was in need of a major facelift so with an emphasis on airy, clean designs that accentuated the panoramic views we brought this unit up to date. With its curved carpet and enclosed dark wood cabinets, it was time to bring this beauty to her full potential.
We started by opening up the wall that blocked the view when you first walked into the unit. Running a large island through the space maximized kitchen prep space and counter stool seating. In the open living room we created a large sectional seating area, dining area and a smaller seating area with swivel chairs to take in the gorgeous views.
The middle bedroom was an office space that we turned into a room with two full beds, perfect for those summer sleepovers. We carefully selected furnishing and textiles to evoke a sense of tranquility and comfort. Natural accents with nods of coastal charm create spaces that are relaxing and not overpowering.
From the moment you step through the door of this condo the clean design welcomes you into the space and exemplifies the stunning views.
