Cranberry Jalapeño Dip
Quick easy holiday dip.
Ingredients
- 2 8 OZ Containers Cream Cheese
- 2 Jalapeños Seeds removed and finely diced
- 3 TBSP Red Onion Finely diced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Cup Green Onion Finely chopped plus more for garnish
- 1/2 Lime Juiced
- 1 14 OZ Cranberry Sauce
- 1 Pinch Salt + Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whip room temperature cream cheese using a stand or hand mixer.
- Add garlic powder, salt + pepper, lime juice, diced jalapenos, diced green onions and red onions. Mix until combined.
- Spread into a serving bowl.
- Add cranberry sauce to top of the dip and spread evenly.
- Garnish with green onion.
- Serve with crackers and enjoy!
